The role of the Sales Operations Analyst will be to ensure management's ability to make sound, fact-based decisions. The primary responsibilities of the role are to manage existing reports and build custom reports as requested for the assigned functional area. Works with sales to gather report requirements and deliver desired information. The role entails supporting strategic and tactical initiatives within the sales operations department in order to maximize revenue opportunities. The Analyst will help drive the methodology, systems, and processes that enable growth among the sales organization. **Responsibilities**: - Support sales team to meet sales targets - Data collection and maintenance for Sales Operations Team - Provide requested reports and make updates when necessary - Work with finance, marketing, technical, product teams to solve the problem in daily work - Organize data and generate deep customer insight in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness - Create comprehensive dashboards and automated metrics reports for sales and performance metrics, revenue, renewal rates, etc. - Provide data, analyses, modeling, and reporting to support sales force monthly and quarterly business reviews - Analyze revenue trends/variances to goals and communicate to sales operations managers - Develops an understanding to detect emerging customer or market trends and help determine how the business can meet those opportunities and challenges to drive greater sales success - Ad-hoc data analysis upon request **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 0-2 years of applicable work experience; previous working experience as business operation or sales admin preferred - Familiar with Office software - Multiple working capability with positive working attitude - Serious and responsible work, fast learning ability - Good communication with internal sales and external partners - Familiarity with Channel partner business - A self-starter with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving
