You'll manage SEO and content for local businesses, optimizing with AI and ensuring quality across clients. What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in Task management tools, Quality assurance, Process management, On-page SEO, Keyword research, Google Search Console. You have +3 years experience in SEO (Search engine optimization), Content optimization. English - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: Responsibilities: SEO & data analysis: * Conduct strategic keyword research and identify new growth opportunities. * Monitor SEO performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools. * Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and site engagement metrics. * Audit site health and recommend or implement technical SEO improvements. * Use our proprietary AI system to produce blog articles and local service pages. * Edit and optimize content for SEO, formatting, brand consistency, and clarity. * Manage publishing workflow and quality assurance across client websites. Process & workflow management: * Maintain and improve internal SOPs and publishing systems. * Collaborate with internal team members and vendors to ensure smooth delivery. * Identify inefficiencies and make process recommendations to improve output. * Review deliverables from freelance and white-label SEO vendors. * Ensure consistency, timeliness, and quality across all outsourced work. * Provide feedback and request improvements when needed. Client reporting & communication: * Compile and deliver monthly performance reports. * Highlight SEO wins, explain shifts, and flag new opportunities. * Support the team in turning data into actionable strategy. Requirements * 3–5 years of experience in SEO and/or content operations. * Proficient with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and at least one major SEO platform (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest). * Strong working knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization. * Detail-oriented with strong QA skills for formatting, grammar, and SEO compliance. * Process-driven mindset and comfort working with task management systems. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain SEO concepts in plain language. * Self-starter who proactively looks for improvements and solves problems. * Comfortable working across multiple client accounts and brand voices.
