Responsibilities - Perform remote installation and integration of NICE software, following established methodologies, processes, and customer requirements. - Support the implementation team by addressing technical questions from project kickoff to final handover to support. - Ensure full integration and proper implementation of all components within the technical architecture. - Identify, communicate, and resolve any design flaws encountered during solution delivery. - Assist customers and vendors with configuration for all NICE integration points within their environment. - Provide technical expertise on the NICE product suite, implementation methodology, and related technologies. - Conduct system testing to ensure performance and reliability, and escalate issues when needed. - Deliver technical support, application overviews, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. - Document lessons learned and resolutions in the NICE Knowledge Base. - Share technical feedback with R&D; and product support for potential enhancements and fixes.
