This role is a potential cross-athlete role, and will have responsibilities spanning traditional video, Digital, and Digital Video. **Responsibilities**: - Attend all team status meetings - Check flowcharts match buy specs - Enter buys in Prisma/OX/MBOX - Send Order Letters/IOs to vendors - Manage revisions in the system to align to what was negotiated or optimized - Steward TV buys and brand allocations - Making Digital optimizations in system - Monthly AMPD (Actual Monthly Placement Delivery) process - steward the buys on a monthly basis to ensure we are paying for what was delivered (and not being overcharged) - Work on discrepancy resolution if vendor invoices to do match our data - Post buys - Client Specific Reports, such as: audit pulls, MMM, etc. - Pulling schedules to send to clients upon request - Creating digital traffic sheets - Sending Digital RFI to vendors - Input/approve monthly billing reports, determine invoice discrepancies, and reconcile invoices - Build collaborative and trust-based relationships with Investment teammates - Build knowledge of all ad serving platforms across platform: Medialets, Vindico, Innovid, DFA - Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation Qualifications** Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree - Must have strong analytical skills - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills - Must be hard-working, resourceful, accountable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Advanced Excel skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc. - Strong working knowledge of MediaOcean (MBOX, Spectra, Prisma) is a plus but not a must - Working knowledge of MediaTools is a plus but not a must Additional Information** Benefits** - Access to Prepaid Medical Plan - Employee engagement - Days of work from home - Flexible schedule - PGD Academy - Technical trainings, soft skills development, technical certification, access to online libraries and e-learning plataforms - Find your path program - You will have a coach that support and help you grow - Level up program
