Job Description - Develop and maintain automated dashboards to provide data-driven insights for HR decision-making. - Ensure adherence to data quality standards across India and international geographies, leveraging expertise in HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors. - Collaborate with IT, HR, and external partners to drive system improvements and resolve issues related to HR technology adoption. - Prepare reports, presentations, and explore industry trends to enhance HR processes, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and transformation, with experience in HR analytics, dashboards, and data interpretation. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors. - Core competencies including customer centricity, strategic agility, developing talent, result orientation, and stakeholder management. Education: Graduation in Human Resources Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR and HR Projects
