About the position The Financial Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that the organization complies with financial regulations and policies. They assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as managing investments and assessing financial risks. They may also work on improving financial processes and providing recommendations for better financial decision-making within the company. Responsibilities Responsible for daily payment matters, ensuring that all documentation and supports related to financial transactions are complete and properly filed. Responsible for the verification and accounting of various accounts in the area under charge. Responsible for accounts receivable and payable with customers, ensure the accuracy of the accounting, keep its voucher records, and confirm the authenticity of the data. Control the balance of accounts receivable, collect payments in a timely manner, report any problems found during the collection process in a timely manner, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them. Prepare, structure, and share periodic financial reports for each of the divisions, maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making, ensuring its completeness and accuracy in databases and reporting systems. Work closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide strategic decision-making support. Responsible for internal financial inspections on large expenditures, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies, and follow up the subsequent rectification progress. Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis, and presentation processes. Other matters arranged by the leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, 2-3 years of relevant work experience, familiar with national financial policies and accounting and tax regulations. Proficient in using office software, able to withstand high work pressure. Work carefully and attentively, have a strong sense of responsibility, be upright and honest. Financial experience in the mobile phone or electronic product company is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other data query/data management tools is extremely helpful. English B2 is a must.
