Are you a Process Engineer with a strong Lean Manufacturing background who thrives on building efficient processes from scratch? Do you have expertise in value stream mapping, process mapping, and continuous improvement? If so, we want to hear from you!Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm EST (Full-Time: 40 Hours a week)Payrate: $17/hrType of contract: Independent ContractorOur firm is dedicated to transforming lives through immigration solutions, ensuring families stay together and navigate even the most challenging cases with dignity and peace of mind. As part of our mission, we are developing a Court program that requires a Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize its operations using Lean methodologies.Your Role:As a Process Engineer, you will:Collaborate with Operations leaders to build and refine the Court program from the ground up.Design and implement lean processes that streamline workflows and eliminate waste.Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the newly built processes.Develop detailed value stream and process maps to visualize and improve workflows.Translate process maps into effective task set designs for seamless execution.Test IT solutions to ensure smooth process functionality.Measure and improve processes post-launch, ensuring scalability and long-term effectiveness.Troubleshoot inefficiencies and implement corrective actions using Lean methodologies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across other areas of the business.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and process design/implementationStrong problem-solving and data analysis skillsAbility to identify and eliminate waste through process analysisExperience performing time studies (both physically and virtually)Proficiency in value stream mapping and process mapping techniquesA fast learner with a proactive approach to challengesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience designing new manufacturing processes for new products or facilities (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)Salesforce ExperienceWhy Join Us?Meaningful Work – Your contributions will directly impact the lives of individuals navigating the U.S. immigration system.Growth Opportunity – You'll play a critical role in building and refining business operations.Remote Flexibility – We welcome applicants from across the globe.If you're passionate about process optimization and continuous improvement, and you're eager to apply Lean principles in a mission-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
