Key Responsibilities Draft new single-family residential building plans. Modify and update existing residential plans based on project needs. Produce detailed 2D and 3D renderings of home elevations. Design attractive and functional exterior architectural features. Assist in planning and laying out interior design elements and finishes. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure feasibility, code compliance, and quality execution. Requirements Proven experience drafting residential building plans. Strong understanding of American residential building codes and standards. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Ability to present a professional portfolio showcasing building plans and renderings. Willingness to complete a live design assignment during the hiring process.
