Team Lead Role The Team Lead role involves providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members. This includes implementing escalation channels through mutually agreed-upon procedures. A successful Team Lead will lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities that enable the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions. The role also requires establishing team goals and working with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results. Additionally, it involves identifying actionable insights, suggesting recommendations, and influencing team strategy through effective communication. This is an on-site position in Medellin, Colombia. To be eligible, you must have at least 1 year of prior relevant people management experience in the BPO or call center industry.
