Job Title: Senior Card Design Specialist "> Position Overview: The Senior Card Design Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of card design, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion. This role serves as the main point of contact for design requests, approvals, manufacturing, and communications, ensuring smooth operations. "> - Reviews custom card design requests for completeness and accuracy. - Checks design files for correct format, resolution, and color specifications. - Maintains card design files in an organized manner. - Tracks approval status and shares updates with the team. Key Responsibilities: Card Design Management: - Manages a team of designers to ensure efficient and accurate card design production. - Develops and implements design standards and best practices. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution. - Monitors and reports on design quality and productivity metrics. Virtual Card Submission to Visa: - Submits designs to Visa using their online portal. - Monitors approval timelines and follows up as needed. - Coordinates edits required based on Visa feedback or rejection. - Keepts records of all Visa communications and approval details. Physical Card Manufacturing: - Sends final approved designs to manufacturing partners along with production details. - Coordinates digital and physical sample reviews for accuracy. - Monitors production progress and shares delivery timelines with stakeholders. - Flags and escalates manufacturing issues to the internal team. Third Party Agent Forms: - Completes and submits required forms to Visa for new partners. - Tracks approval status and updates records accordingly. Admin & Communication: - Maintains project trackers and submits regular status reports. - Keeps teams informed of progress or delays. - Escalates complex issues when needed.
