Overview We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer for a remote, LATAM.-based contract role . You'll support a cutting-edge AI platform used across 100+ languages and integrated into major enterprise systems. The platform serves global clients across industries—including government, defense, and Fortune 500 companies.
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot platform and API issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to internal tools and documentation. You’ll be the go-to expert for platform users and an internal champion for quality, scalability, and improvement. Type : Contract Location : Remote (LATAM) Schedule : Must be available to work within a 24x5 shift rotation Compensation : $4,000 USD/month


Responsibilities Troubleshoot platform issues using logs, stack traces, and browser diagnostics Reproduce bugs, document them clearly, and work with Engineering to resolve Act as a subject-matter expert on APIs, web stack technologies, and integration best practices Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues reported by customers and internal users Collaborate with Customer Success and Production teams to ensure timely project delivery Contribute to internal tools and product improvements Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation Requirements 2+ years of experience in a technical support role (preferably with enterprise software) Strong experience with: SQL / relational databases (2–5 years) Linux environment and kernel (2–5 years) Scripting languages like Bash or Python (2–3 years) Experience using a monitoring tool like Datadog (required) Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills Ability to prioritize multiple issues and work independently STEM degree preferred (but not required) Familiarity with localization, AI/ML platforms, or multilingual environments is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
