We are seeking a skilled Account Lead Genetics professional to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating demand and positioning of our LSD specialty products in your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to identify and address the unmet needs of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and generate behavioral changes to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Franchise. Your key responsibilities will include implementing marketing strategies and tactics related to disease awareness and product portfolio, achieving performance objectives established by the Franchise KPIs, and following up on product sell-out according to new patient entry and treatment adherence. You will work closely with the access and KAM teams to ensure compliance with the route to purchase. To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong interpersonal relations and reliability. Analytical thinking and detail-oriented approach are also essential for success. Additionally, ability to problem solve and focus on key priorities are crucial in this role.
