**Responsibilities** - Helps Executive in drafting, editing and reviewing communications - Enhances Executive's effectiveness by providing information and management support by transcribing, formatting, editing, and transmitting text, data, and graphics - Owns and is responsible for important projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive. This includes anything from planning and executing initiatives and or preparing for a presentation - Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information - Represents the Executive by attending meetings in the Executive's absence; speaking for the Executive - Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel - Works with the Executive Team, other Department Managers and personnel, to support the execution of strategies and projects, both as an assistant and an active contributor to shape customer and employee experiences - Develops a good understanding of the company’s product offering and coordinates with all related departments - Demonstrates critical-thinking skills to evaluate situations and communications and anticipate response and effect of communication - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Upholds a strict level of confidentiality **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Management or experience as Assistant to Management or similar - Experience in a supervisory role, Executive Assistant role or similar - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. - Have experienced using Zoho as CRM tool. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software - Superb attention to detail - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Excellent time management skills - Strong adaptability and proactivity **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
