Job Description Drive Automation Efficiency We seek a seasoned Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize our automation programs and propel campaign set-up, performance tracking, and lead attribution. - Lead engineering of data hygiene, tool integrations using HubSpot and AI tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data handoffs and strategic alignment. - Analyze channel performance to derive actionable insights. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in marketing operations using Hubspot. - Automation expertise: Proficiency in workflows, automation, and segmentation. - Strong command of marketing tools (Gong, GA4, Google Ads, GSC, Semrush, etc.) - Experience with AI tools: Clay, ChatGPT, Copy.ai, n8n, Lindy - Experience with B2B SaaS and understanding of the modern GTM tech stack.
