Key Responsibilities: · Respond to emails, chats and incoming calls · Enter orders on CRM and support sales efforts · Create PO's for drop ship orders from other US vendors · Collaborate with production teams to coordinate logistics for orders · Deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach - Prepare weekly reports for Tuesday 11:00 AM team meetings (held via Microsoft Teams with video on) This position offers you: · Competitive basic salary plus monthly commissions to reward your efforts · Exciting opportunities for career growth and stability · A positive working environment where we care equally about our employees, vendors and product quality Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field English proficiency (C1 level or higher) 3+ years of customer service experience, including at least one full year with the same employer Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (intermediate level), with the ability to manage and analyze marketplace data across multiple platforms Preferred Qualifications · Must be fast-paced, goal-oriented and have great problem-solving skills · Love taking on new challenges · Proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics · Demonstrated ability to work effectively with management, vendors and co-workers · Excellent time-management skills, ability to excel in a self-paced work environment Working Hours: April to October Mon–Thurs: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Includes two 15-min breaks & a 45-min lunch) November to March Mon–Thurs: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Fri: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Same break and lunch times apply Monthly Commissions: $300,000–$400,000 COP (starting after month 3) Quarterly Bonus: 10% bonus on commissions earned (after 9 months) Happy Day Benefit: $50,000 COP (after 6 months — to be used for a personal treat or wellness activity) First Day of Work ASAP Type of Contract: · Contract “Termino Indefinido” as established by Colombian Authorities Onboarding & Training You will receive structured onboarding, including one-on-one training sessions, full access to our internal knowledge base, and two weeks of adjusted working hours to support a smooth transition and ensure you feel confident in your role.
