Our ideal candidates are self-motivated, collaborative, passionate about design, and excited to learn new techniques and technologies. What you will be doing: - Assists in Logo Design & Visual Brand Development process under the guidance of the Art Director/Creative Director. - Ability to synthesize existing Brand Guidelines & Creative Briefs and execute successful design pieces with some autonomy. - Web Design and graphics support. Ability to Design Landing pages based on the approved direction of the site. - Design digital marketing assets including eblasts, banner ads, and social media graphics, as well as establish templates for these. - Print Design: Design print collateral, flyers, in-room ads, brochures, and brand identity projects. - Understands different Brands and their audiences. What we need from you: - Minimum 5+ years digital marketing experience in Advertising Agency. - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom, Illustrator, Indesign, XD. - Ability to design effective communication pieces - Organized in asset/file management. - Strong communication skills: Able to interpret feedback, express ideas clearly, and articulate the reasoning behind design choices. - Proficient in presenting designs to the Art Director. - Mid-level in English is desire.
