About The Role HRBP Colombia - Bilingual The HRBP will provide full-cycle HR support to a Shared Services Center (SSC) with 50 employees, handling non-core business functions for a U.S.-based company. This role ensures the effective execution of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, training, and HR reporting. The HR Generalist will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a positive employee experience and supporting company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring for open roles (Average Time-to-Fill: ≤30 days). - Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate hiring decisions. - Oversee onboarding to enhance new hire engagement and reduce early turnover (First 90-day Turnover Rate: ≤5%). Employee Relations & Engagement - Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. - Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Support managers in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Compensation & Benefits Administration - Ensure accurate payroll cross checking in coordination with external providers. - Supports benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction. Learning & Development - Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. - Support leadership development and succession planning efforts. HR Analytics & Reporting - Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports on key HR metrics for decision-making. - Track and report turnover, absenteeism, and other workforce trends. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment. - Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices. - H&S; license (Preferred but not mandatory) - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (B2-C1 proficiency). - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Key Performance Metrics: 1. Recruitment Efficiency: Time-to-fill (≤30 days per role), First 90-day Turnover Rate (≤5%). 2. Employee Engagement: Annual engagement increase (≥5%), Employee Satisfaction Score (≥80%). 3. Payroll & Benefits Accuracy: Payroll Accuracy (≥99%), Benefits Utilization Rate (≥70%). 4. Turnover & Workforce Analytics: Voluntary Turnover Rate (≤35%), Absenteeism Rate (≤3%).
