About The Role As a Senior Mobile Developer (React Native), you'll lead the development of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for a range of transformative client solutions. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll architect, deliver, and optimize scalable apps that power both enterprise and consumer experiences across iOS and Android. Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge cross-platform mobile applications with React Native - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define requirements and launch features into production - Optimize mobile app performance, responsiveness, and maintainability - Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices - Diagnose and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and quality issues - Contribute key insights to architectural decisions and scalable app design - Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development - Mentor and support fellow developers, fostering knowledge sharing across the team - Work hand-in-hand with QA and DevOps to support automated testing, CI/CD, and release pipelines - Other duties as assigned About You Qualifications & Skills - 5+ years of relevant experience in mobile application development - 3+ years of hands-on development with React Native - Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript - Experience with native modules and bridging between native code and React Native - Proficient understanding of mobile UX/UI design patterns and responsive design principles - Experience working with RESTful APIs; exposure to GraphQL is a plus - Familiar with version control systems such as Git - Direct experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, GitLab CI) - Understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Redux, Clean Architecture) - Demonstrated experience publishing and maintaining apps in the App Store and Google Play Store - Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in mobile applications - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Bonus: Skills in Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, React, Next.js, Vue, or mobile testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium) - Bonus: Familiarity with OTA update technologies like CodePush; contributions to developer communities, blogs, or open-source projects.
