Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential for success. **Responsibilities** - Lead contract compliance audits of cost-plus construction contracts for industrial facilities - Audit both completed projects and projects in-progress - Identify areas for improvement using data mining skills and techniques **Requirements** - Excellent English speaking and writing skills - Undergraduate degree in Construction Management - 1-3 years of audit experience (internal, compliance, operational) - Construction, project controls, or estimating experience or similar industry experience - Strong data skills/aptitude required
