There is Talent helps US-based businesses grow by connecting them with top virtual assistants and remote talent from Latin America and beyond. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts across three key pillars: content and SEO, social media, and direct outreach. This is a full-time, fully remote role focused on execution, leadership, and results. We're looking for someone with at least five years of experience in digital marketing, strong SEO and content skills, and the ability to manage a small remote team. 1. Content and SEO

This is the top priority. You'll be responsible for driving blog traffic, building topical authority, and ensuring our content supports lead generation.
Develop and execute the blog and SEO strategy Conduct keyword research and match content to relevant search intent Create blog titles, outlines, and briefs Manage a team of writers and editors, ensuring quality and consistency Handle on-page SEO: internal linking, formatting, meta descriptions, image tags Track indexing, rankings, and traffic via Google Search Console and analytics Regularly update and optimize older content to maintain rankings Manage our podcast: plan episodes, coordinate recordings, handle publishing, and repurpose content across platforms Align all content efforts with lead generation and brand-building goals 2. Social Media You'll run our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Maintain and execute a monthly social media calendar Oversee a team of content creators including copywriters, designers, and video editors Review and approve posts to ensure brand consistency Repurpose long-form content like blog posts and podcasts into short-form posts and reels Monitor engagement, follower growth, and post performance Adjust strategy based on insights and trends 3. Direct Outreach You'll manage outbound campaigns to generate leads and book meetings.
Build and run campaigns using tools like Instantly and Apollo Segment lists and create email and LinkedIn messaging sequences Run A/B tests to improve performance Track metrics like open rate, click-through rate, and reply rate Work closely with the sales team to align targeting and messaging Manage support from virtual assistants who help execute outreach KPIs and Performance Tracking Success will be measured by clear, results-focused metrics:
Meetings booked through outreach and inbound channels Website traffic and blog performance Rankings for target keywords Growth and engagement on social platforms Outreach metrics: deliverability, opens, replies Volume and quality of leads generated Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (your local time, with some overlap with US business hours)


Requirements 5+ years of experience in digital marketing Deep experience with SEO and content strategy Strong writing and editing skills Experience managing writers, editors, and/or content creators Familiarity with podcast production and publishing Experience using Google Search Console, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools Fluent English (C1+ level) Organized, proactive, and focused on execution Benefits 100% remote work. 40 hours per week.
