Customer Service Representative Role We are seeking a highly skilled Late Night Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve situations will be crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Process replacement, exchange, and RMA orders promptly. - Troubleshoot GPS problems and verify product installations. - Assist with ELD questions and software troubleshooting. - Handle invoice and general account inquiries. - Deactivate accounts and units as needed. Requirements - Minimum six months of experience in bilingual customer service. - C1 or C2 level of English proficiency.
