Architectural BIM Specialist We are seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of professional experience in construction-related fields, with a strong background in building information modeling (BIM) and architecture. The position involves acting as a BIM Intervention Resident, responsible for overseeing the technical, administrative, financial, legal, environmental, and accounting aspects of the contract for a national judicial headquarters project. The project includes studies, designs, construction, outfitting, and commissioning, and requires a high level of technical expertise and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications, and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
