We are pleased to announce a vacancy has arisen for a Trading Assistant to support our Traders Rota team, based at our offices in Bogota, Colombia. Full Time Closes 01/10/2025 The Traders Rota team are responsible for allocating fixtures & events to be traded In-Play to our vast network of globally situated In-Play Traders. This is a full-time role requiring flexible working hours including evenings and weekends to cover the busy sporting calendar. Trading Assistants will typically work a 40-hour week. A competitive salary is available to the successful applicant. Preferred skills and experience - • Demonstrate attention to detail. - • Excellent Resource & Planning skills. - Maintain a high standard of work and can maintain focus for extended periods of time. - Ability to work well under pressure independently and as part of a team. - Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficient user of Microsoft Excel. - Good understanding of geography and time zones. What you will do - Develop and manage an efficient schedule for In-Play Traders, ensuring optimal staffing levels are maintained to meet the demands of live trading and enhance operational efficiency. - Create, update, and distribute a comprehensive In-Play log that outlines scheduled events and trading activities, to ensure team members have access to the latest information. - Serve as the primary point of contact for other departments regarding the In-Play schedule, addressing queries promptly and providing clear and accurate information to support strong interdepartmental communication. - Establish and maintain effective communication with external feed providers to ensure the timely delivery of accurate data and updates - Proactively assess trading needs and adjust resource allocation as necessary to guarantee comprehensive coverage across all events, optimizing performance and responsiveness during peak trading periods.
