Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, and measurement. - Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working with TV (e.g., Planning/Measurement). - Experience working with Brand Lift, Unique Reach, Gross Rating Points (GRPs), Target Rating Points (TRPs), Sales lift, Viewability. - Experience in agency/brand advertising or with servicing agencies. - Knowledge of brand advertiser needs, key performance indicators (KPIs), and digital marketing plans. - Ability to take initiative, be organized, and manage multiple projects from inception to completion. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills across internal and external stakeholders. **About the job**: Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. In this role you will be managing YouTube and branding solutions. The Brand Measurement goal is to partner with third-party measurement companies and build solutions that assess brand impact of advertising in Google products. This role is focused on specific solutions of reach, influencers, and brand measurement solutions across the media ecosystem. You will be a brand advertiser specialist and drive our products' growth. You will work to achieve business growth through the identification of relevant opportunities, finding creative solutions that support our clients in measuring the success of their advertising campaigns. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. **Responsibilities**: - Drive growth and strategy across measurement solutions, leveraging them to promote Google. - Shape objectives and activation plans for our Sales teams in order to help our customers make Google a core part of their marketing plans, based on measurement solutions. - Work with research methodologies. - Lead Brand Measurement solutions including working with Large Customer Sales team (LCS), Public Relations team, executives, and other product management team members. - Lead conversations and work with measurement for influencers.
