Key Responsibilities - Lead implementation design with customers and provide subject matter expertise to external implementation partners - Advise customers and partners on Coupa best practices, utilizing industry knowledge to ensure optimal functional design implementation - Lead and support design audits to facilitate successful implementation - Program manage collaboration between subject matter experts and product management teams to drive the strategic direction of the product - Manage customer health assessments and assist in developing technology optimization roadmaps - Create and oversee project delivery content and written presentations - Research and take charge of using productivity tools to bring scale to internal processes
