We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to drive our sales operations in the fast-paced staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in business development, client relationship management, and sales leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives in staffing and workforce solutions. - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with U.S.-based companies seeking nearshore or offshore staffing solutions. - Build strong, consultative relationships with key clients, understanding their workforce needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction. - Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement. - Drive top-line growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients across various verticals. - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform sales tactics and service offerings. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the staffing or talent acquisition industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing large enterprise accounts. - Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing market and experience working with remote or global teams. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and optimize sales performance. Preferred Skills: - Experience selling nearshore/remote staffing solutions. - Familiarity with CRM systems.
