MUST HAVES - 3+ years of backend engineering experience ; - Strong programming skills in at least one backend technology ( Go, Rust, Python, Scala ); - Experience with cloud platforms and databases ; - Proven ability to design robust systems and APIs from the ground up; - Solid understanding of scalability, performance, and security best practices; - Upper-intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES - Significant open-source contributions; - Prior experience integrating with web3 protocols or blockchain systems; - Experience working in a startup environment.
