Job description**:Collection Specialist** - Main Functions**:Contact customers with overdue accounts, recovering money owed via payment by phone, reviewing accuracy of consumers’ contact information** - Desired academic level**:High School Some College Preferred** - Experience Required**:Minimum 2 years’ experience in Collections, Familiar with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
