Job Description Responsibilities 1. Manage customer master data creation and updates workflows, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders and processes to maintain corporate customer master database, including setup and maintenance of customer information within ERP systems. 3. Troubleshoot Customer Master Data sales area issues with cross-divisional business units and team members. 4. Identify and report issues and risks related to Customer Master Data, advising on potential adverse impacts to the business. 5. Main interactions with cross-functional areas such as field personnel, Finance, Compliance, etc. 6. Maintain policies and procedures, respond to incoming inquiries, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IS, or related discipline. 2. Fluent spoken and written English; any other language is a plus. 3. Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills. 4. Strong analytical skills. 5. Exceptional skills in applicable Microsoft software programs. 6. Business Intelligence tools preferred (Microsoft reporting, PowerBi). 7. Major ERP systems experience (SAP or MDG) is a plus. 8. Able to organize, prioritize work, and keep accurate detailed records. 9. Excellent time management skills with independent judgment. 10. Ability to understand complex interdivisional procedures and policies. 11. 1-2 years maintaining master data records (customer master preferred).
