Key Responsibilities of the Job - We are looking for a talented IT professional to support our clinical software platforms. Technical Requirements - The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of electronics, computing, biomedical engineering, or medical technology. - They should possess excellent knowledge of MS Office skills and be able to manipulate data and build presentations. Main Duties 1. Under direction of the Clinical IT Specialist, develop customer satisfaction through the installation, training, operation, integration of Werfen's clinical software platforms and analyzer interfaces. 2. Provide customer assistance through the installation, integration, and operation of Werfen's clinical software platforms. 3. Instruct clients and support personnel in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the platforms. 4. Offer remote and on-site support for clinical software platforms. 5. Design and implement integration models between Werfen platforms and third-party software, in collaboration with suppliers. 6. Support the development of interfaces between analyzers and third-party software. 7. Manage and oversee CSW implementation projects, including hardware preparation and connectivity setup. 8. Manage and monitor execution of CSW projects with clients. 9. Evaluate and acquire new technologies relevant to clinical software solutions. 10. Prepare and administer server solutions for CSW platforms. 11. Create and manage client manuals, including connectivity architecture and network topologies. 12. Serve as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring effective communication. 13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies, procedures, and the Werfen Code of Ethics. 14. Handle incident escalation and manage software updates for clinical platforms. 15. Coordinate and request quotes for analyzer interfaces and manage purchase orders. 16. Perform hardware support for customer-shipped workstations. Work Environment - This role is located in Bogota but covers projects throughout the country. Travel Requirements - Up to 30% of time. Required Qualifications - Education: BA or BS in Electronics, Computing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology or related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Additional Skills/Knowledge: - At least basic MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including the ability to manipulate data and build presentations.
