Job Title Manager, Finance Program LAC About the Position: This role is responsible for ensuring that the regional program budget aligns with the program strategy and implementing prudent financial management practices. The position will be based in the Bogota office and will work closely with the Associate Director, Program Operations LAC. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the LAC program budget, including forecasts and reprojections aligned to the regional strategy and workplans. - Conduct periodic analysis of partner and personnel advances and vendor/supplier bills, monitor all invoice payments, and disbursements to partner organizations. - Ensure financial and compliance policies and procedures are well understood by the whole of the LAC program team (and partner organizations where relevant). Requirements: - A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. - Professional certification in financial management, project management, or procurement would be advantageous. - Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in developing, managing, and analyzing large and complex program budgets, sub-grants management, and other relevant aspects of program financial management.
