We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Critical Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in data center operations and management. Job Summary The Data Center Critical Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center facilities, including maintaining equipment, monitoring systems, and overseeing maintenance activities. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will supervise a team of data center engineers and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for managing personnel details, including salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching, and development career plans. You will work closely with the team to promote our company culture and define the succession plan for the team. Additionally, you will provide immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assign tasks, and monitor work at frequent intervals. You will maintain schedules, shifts, and workflow of the team. This role also involves assisting with testing and coordinating projects and maintenance, as well as being responsible for the KPIs of the data center, presenting monthly outcomes, and promoting goals and accomplishments.
