Job summary We are international headhunters supporting a major multinational company in the search for a talent in the early stages of their career who seeks to develop from short to medium term as a Project Manager - Low, Medium and High Voltage for the industry. Assists with all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. Must understand and care about the management scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, and outside vendors. Reports for upper management regarding the project's status. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Qualifications - Business Administration or Engineer focused on PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Responsibilities - Participate in project development from beginning to end. - Work on the project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. - Estimate the resources and personnel required to achieve project objectives. - Functions as a leader for continuous improvement events. - Align activities with corporate goals that focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. - Performs root cause analysis on gaps, identifies waste, and works with leadership to drive sustainable corrective action. - Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes. - Negotiate with other department managers to acquire the required personnel. - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. - Identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path. - Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. - Tracks project milestones and deliverables. - Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. - Manages changes in project scope, identifies potential concerns, and devises contingency plans.
