Job Description As a Content Writer , you will craft engaging B2B content across multiple formats, translate complex ideas into clear messaging, and support integrated marketing campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll create impactful materials that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and connect with decision-makers across various industries. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite term type contract Shift: Monday to Friday (FLEXI), 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (semi-flexible, available for evening calls) Work setup: Onsite, Bogotá and Medellin Your Daily Tasks Content Strategy & Development Create original, engaging, and persuasive content tailored for B2B audiences, including: Blog posts eBooks and whitepapers Infographics Website and landing page copy Email marketing campaigns Ad copy (paid and organic) Product/solution sheets Video and webinar scripts Translate complex technical or business concepts into clear, value-driven messaging Campaign Execution Support integrated marketing campaigns with content that guides prospects through the buyer’s journey Collaborate with campaign managers to develop editorial calendars, nurture sequences, and campaign messaging frameworks Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with design, demand generation, product marketing, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and independent research to gather insights and validate messaging Content Optimization Apply SEO best practices to drive organic visibility and search performance Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data and audience feedback Requirements The Qualifications We Seek Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of professional content writing experience, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing Proven ability to write for multiple content formats and stages of the funnel Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns Strong understanding of content marketing , demand generation , and digital channels (e.g., SEO, email, paid media) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills Preferred Background Professional level of English proficiency Ability to produce blog posts, whitepapers, landing pages, and ad copy Ability to create content tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey Benefits Exciting Perks Await! 5 days work week Weekends off 20 vacation days in total (5 extra leaves) Prepaid medicine Fully-customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Direct exposure to our clients Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Prime Office Locations - Bogotá and Medellin Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
