We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager of Growth and Marketing to join our team at Rappi Turbo. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention across our platforms. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional with a strong understanding of the delivery market and a proven track record of scaling businesses. They should possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution skills, with the ability to lead and drive growth initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. This includes leveraging insights from market research and analytics to optimize marketing efforts. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention metrics. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall business performance. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, customer service, and creative agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with business objectives. Lead and inspire a team of marketers to achieve shared goals. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies and improve brand positioning. Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources across campaigns and maximizing ROI. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion. This includes developing CRM campaign concepts and coordinating with various teams for seamless execution. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not required. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on growth marketing and startup scaling. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in English and Spanish (or local languages relevant to our markets). Experience with data analytics tools and marketing software.
