Key Responsibilities DRC Colombia seeks an experienced Partnerships and Localization Coordinator to support the development of new partnerships, programs, and capacity development. This role will play a lead part in strengthening DRC Colombia's approaches to partnership, building on global partnership principles and civil society engagement strategies aligned with our 2025 Strategy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners. They will also be able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions, think critically and strategically, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, they will be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and have a strong understanding of the context and challenges facing displaced populations.
