Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Managing non-competitive recruitment cases end-to-end - Ensuring all open positions are approved and posted in time - Ensuring all job postings are attractively advertised complying with country legal standards - Assisting with posting jobs on various external job portals - Managing and enhancing Nokia’s applicant tracking system (Taleo) - Managing reporting activities to provide an overview on ongoing activities - Acting as TA Queue Coordinator to manage the ticketing tool queues - Collaborating with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR - Assisting Recruiters with offer requests submittals where applicable - Assisting in finalizing and closing out requisitions, follow up the onboarding tasks - Providing support during audits - Assisting with projects for University Relations’ needs - Assisting with documentation preparation for the onboarding process Network - TA Partners - Hiring and Line managers - Region TA Heads - BG TA Leads - CPO PE representatives - Recruitment Process Outsourcing Vendor representative - University Relations Program Managers Essential Requirements - Fluency of English (verbal and written) - Strong organizational skills - Excellent attention to detail - Adaptability: work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations - Flexibility, working at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity - Service mindset - Strong team player Preferred Requirements - Fluency in the Spanish and/or Portuguese - Previous experience of working in an in-house or agency recruiting role supporting large scale recruiting campaigns Nokia is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
