The Role We’re seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team. In this role, you’ll identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with startups and SMEs across the region. You'll be a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of Hackmetrix's cybersecurity solutions and guiding them through the buying process. What You’ll Do Prospect & Qualify: Generate new leads and qualify inbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. Customer Discovery: Understand client pain points, business needs, and compliance challenges to tailor impactful solutions. Consultative Selling: Educate potential clients on how Hackmetrix can solve their cybersecurity and compliance problems. Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales process from first touch to closing deals. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and client experience. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain CRM hygiene and report on key metrics like pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Who You Are You’re passionate about sales and love turning prospects into long-term customers. You’re consultative, curious, and genuinely want to help clients solve real problems. You’re organized and methodical, always following up and closing loops. You’re comfortable presenting complex topics in a clear, compelling way. You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology. Bonus points if you’ve worked with cybersecurity or compliance solutions. Why Join Hackmetrix?
