We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to support our clients in their digital transformation, based in Manizales, Colombia. As a Support Consultant , you will join our team to advise our customers, assist them in using the implemented tools, and resolve any difficulties. Process customer requests following Support procedures and quality standards. Analyze problems and find optimal solutions for clients. Provide written responses and telephone explanations when necessary. Support project activities to enhance your skills and contribute to company growth. Participate in the company's life, promoting customer satisfaction, self-help, and continuous improvement. Receive training and certification to quickly integrate into international projects. Requirements: Higher education in Computer Science or related field. At least one experience working in an HRIS environment. Desire to grow in the cloud and innovative business environment.
