As an entry-level position, your primary responsibility is to locate consumers and notify them of their delinquent accounts. This is a mission-critical role that initiates the recovery process, making it one of the most important within our organization. Success in this role requires discipline, resilience, and consistency, as you will be expected to manage a high volume of outbound calls daily.** **We offer a seamless onboarding and training experience designed to equip you with the tools and strategies necessary for success.
