About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive – Hunter who will work with one of our leading products Proppit (B2B SaaS platform). As a Sales Executive – Hunter, you will develop new relationships with professional real estate agents and agencies, focusing on achieving predetermined goals of customer acquisition and generating revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting and attracting new clients. - Expansion of the company's client portfolio, as well as the volume of businesses created. - Exceed monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio. - Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology. - Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers of the client's business in a complex sales cycle. - Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool). - Adapt to the overall sales strategy defined by the company. Requirements: - Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business. - Track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies. - Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure with a high orientation to achieving objectives. - A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar will be a plus. - Native level of Spanish and professional level of English will be a plus.
