Key Responsibilities: - To assist the Retail Store Manager in supervising store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and optimal performance. - To coordinate training programs for new associates, promoting excellent customer service and sales skills. - To conduct daily store walks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the customer experience. - To manage cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Goodwill's policies and procedures. - To participate in visual merchandising efforts, designing attractive and engaging store displays that showcase products and promote sales. - To engage with customers, listening to feedback and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
