We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects. What you will be doing at Evalueserve - Support Private Equity firms on various products, such as pitch books, benchmarking analysis, company comparable, precedent transaction analysis, databases, screening, industry studies, ad-hoc research, etc. - Handle open-ended and ad-hoc research requests: Conduct research on any topic, sector, or industry as needed, leveraging government publications, public and private company filings, market reports and press to generate insights and support consulting projects. - Analyze market trends, industry developments, and technological advancements: Investigate regulatory impacts, future projections, and implications for various sectors. - Perform detailed company analyses: Create one-page and two-page summaries, deep-dive profiles, and develop investment presentation slides and pitch decks. - Handling ad-hoc research requests: such as competitor benchmarking, target screening, capital structure and liquidity analysis, as per client requirements - Performing comprehensive company valuations using various methods, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions. - Company financial analysis: Spreading historical financial data and conducting in-depth financial analysis to provide a thorough understanding of the company's performance and potential - Comprehensive Investment and Deal Marketing Materials: Create marketing teasers, Information Memoranda, and Confidential Information Memoranda (CIM) documents - Explore consumer behavior, investment opportunities, and emerging markets: Examine historical data, current market conditions, and the role of digital transformation in traditional industries. - Evaluate the impact of global events and generate insights: Assess the effects on various sectors and create impactful market slides and investment decks. What we're looking for - Education: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field. - Proven experience in conducting detailed company analyses, including creating summaries, deep-dive profiles, and developing investment presentation slides and pitch decks. - Demonstrated ability to handle ad-hoc research requests, such as competitor benchmarking, target screening, capital structure, and liquidity analysis. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
