Position Summary We are seeking a data-driven and creative Paid Media Analyst with a focus on B2B lead generation to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid media campaigns to attract and convert qualified B2B leads. You’ll play a crucial role in elevating our brand visibility while driving measurable results and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Design and execute paid media strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Loopnet. Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs. Market Research: Analyze trends and conduct research to identify new market opportunities and tailor campaigns accordingly. Brand Awareness: Boost visibility through strategic ad placements, precise audience targeting, and platform optimization. Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to evaluate performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets with cost-efficiency and impact in mind. Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative and copywriting teams to produce compelling visuals and messaging. Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports to assess campaign impact and inform stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (creative, sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Loopnet, and programmatic advertising platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and audience segmentation. Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Advanced English (C1 level). Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
