About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to join our Andina leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities - Manage the General Manager's schedule, ensuring effective time management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. - Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level external contacts, fostering strong partnerships and collaborative environments. - Arrange complex travel itineraries, meetings, and events, guaranteeing logistical details are meticulously managed. - Oversee the purchasing process, collaborating with local support to ensure timely approvals and efficient operations. - Collaborate with WPS and Security to ensure secure and compliant visitor management practices. - Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing administrative efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. - Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - +5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a regional or global organization, preferably in the FMCG industry. - Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Coupa for budget management.
