This role The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting FP&A functions, budgeting & forecasting, product profitability analysis and processes, and financial reporting to senior leadership. Responsibilities Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, including evaluating financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with departments to gather data for financial analysis. Work closely with the superior to support ongoing daily functions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or related studies. 1-2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards (GAAP). Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, Hyperion and other data analysis software.
