As a FC&A; Issue Manager I you will Coordinate globaland regional issue management platform to prevent ingredientavailability, quality or compliance issues from becoming businessdisruptions. You will report to the Latam Regional TechnicalDirector and you will work onsite with a possibility to one day aweek from home. Your main responsibilities will be: - Manageregional pipeline of ingredient related reformulation changeprojects. - Take the lead for global issues, as decided byappropriate governance. - Anticipate and review required processchanges based on established policy and propose improvementinitiatives. - Monitor performance trends relevant and manageinternal/external stakeholders' expectations through alignment onrequired improvement actions. - Work with Flavourist and Spec &Formula; management groups to ensure smooth execution ofinitiatives. - Provide input and insight to root cause analysisactivities to reduce repetitive issues. - Establish and performtraining programs. - Establish required drum-beats with andreporting teams to ensure "on priority", "on time" and "on quality"execution. You - Your professional profile includes: ProfessionalExperience: - Business or Technical University degree at least atbachelor level. - Function related experience of minimum 5 years ofwhich at least 3 years in equivalent position. - Proven experiencemanaging complex, global issues. - Well established global network.Technical Skills: - Project management skills and utilization ofthe project management techniques. - Understanding of relevant QICand FC&A; processes (such as Ingredient life cycle Mgmt,VendorQuality, Customer Quality requirements, Specification and Formula management, Continuous improvement, Complaint, Issue and Crisis Mgmt, Industrialization, Audit and Change Management,relevant to assigned domain of activity.). - Broad knowledge on Givaudan's order fulfillment, brief management, Regulatory andinnovation processes(IDDC), relevant to assigned domain ofactivity. - Experience with Givaudan's manufacturing technologiesand product characteristics (such as liquids, spray drying, powderblending, process Flavors, JBC, Emulsions, separations,extractions), relevant to assigned domain of activity. - Knowledgeof Givaudan's main IT systems (such as Atlas, CWB, FPR, SAP,Compliance engine, PII, GSD, RMQ, QDMS, AVAP, ILM), relevant toassigned domain of activity. - Good understanding of Food Safetyand Quality Systems (such as FSSC, AIB, ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP) thatare relevant to assigned domain of activity.
