CAXA Stays | Colombia (On-site) Independent Contractor + Performance Bonuses **WHO WE ARE** We create radical hospitality: systematized, deeply human, and rooted in care. We're scaling across Colombia — and soon beyond — to deliver unforgettable, high-touch guest experiences. **OUR VISION** - Manage 500 properties across Colombia within 3 years - Reach $25,000/month in external client revenue by the end of this year - Achieve 30% of bookings through direct channels - Expand upsell services (airport transport, experiences, add-ons) - Build a beloved brand that guests rave about and owners are proud of We're currently operating 3 properties and on track to reach 40 this year. You will help us grow to 500. **WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR** A founder-minded, bilingual (English/Spanish) leader who is data-driven, results-oriented, and deeply strategic. You'll own the full sales funnel, drive demand across channels, and translate big vision into execution. This is one of CAXA's most strategic hires. You'll report directly to the founder, sit on the leadership team, and shape our national and international expansion. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** - Design and scale our sales pipeline - Sign at least 35 new properties within your first 6 months - Build scalable, measurable sales systems - Oversee or lead partnerships with brokers, companies, and relocation agents **Brand & Marketing** - Develop and execute our brand strategy - Grow our Instagram to 20,000 organic followers - Launch performance-driven campaigns for direct bookings - Lead or coordinate content, design, and storytelling **Systems & Scalability** - Select and implement our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Collaborate via ClickUp, Slack, icon.com, and dashboard tools - Define key KPIs with the founder and team - Hire and manage internal/external marketing and sales talent as we grow **GOALS & OUTCOMES** We'll co-create your KPIs, but our current targets include: - $25K/month in external client revenue (not including founder-owned units) - 35 new properties signed in 6 months - 30% of bookings through direct channels - A sales & marketing system ready to scale to other cities **REQUIREMENTS** - Proven experience leading sales or marketing teams in fast-growth environments (ideally tech, hospitality, real estate, tourism, or startups) - Track record of designing and implementing acquisition and scaling systems from scratch - Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign) - Familiarity with multi-channel digital marketing (SEO, performance ads, email, content) - Formal education not required — but intensive experience (bootcamps, MBAs, founder/CMO roles) is a plus - Strategic thinker with strong operational execution: you must navigate seamlessly between vision and action **OUR CORE VALUES (Non-Negotiable)** You must live these five values from day one: - Radical Hospitality - Extreme Ownership - Operational Excellence at Scale - Humble Ambition **COMPENSATION** - Independent contractor agreement - Monthly base fee + variable performance-based incentives - Leadership growth opportunity as the company scales **LOCATION** - Fluency in both English and Spanish is required - On-the-ground presence required for property visits, photo shoots, and owner meetings If you're not just looking to sell or run campaigns — but want to help shape the future of how people travel and feel at home — we want to hear from you.
