About the Role We are seeking a skilled MacOS Engineer with experience in Jamf MDM to join our team at Softtek. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support Jamf MDM solutions for optimal performance and compliance. - Packaging and deploying MacOS applications and updates across enterprise environments. - Maintaining detailed documentation of current Jamf configurations and processes. - Creating and updating operational documentation for handover to support and operations teams. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across MacOS environments at L1/L2/L3 levels. - Collaborating with IT, security, and operations teams to align Jamf deployments with organizational standards. - Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance MacOS user experience and system performance. Requirements: - Experience with MacOS engineering at Level 1/2/3 support. - Proficiency in the Jamf MDM system for device management. - Solid skills in MacOS package creation and maintenance. - Troubleshooting and support across different support levels (L1/L2/L3). - Scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and configuration. - Familiarity with Apple ecosystem tools and best practices. - Deployment strategies and enterprise Mac administration. - Strong documentation skills to maintain operational runbooks for smooth handover to support teams. - Advanced English (Proficient or higher).
