Job Description We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Order Management team as an Analyst. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate order validation and resolving exceptions to facilitate the next stage of the process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or Order to Cash roles, with strong communication skills and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Main Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and resolve order validation exceptions to ensure accuracy and progress. 2. Liaise with stakeholders to block orders for delivery or billing when required and follow up to remove blocks once issues are resolved. 3. Coordinate with teams to manage stock allocation, reschedule backorders, and investigate mitigation strategies for out-of-stock situations. 4. Ensure timely deliveries and invoicing, providing necessary documentation for shipments. About You 1. Experience: 3+ years in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or Order to Cash roles. 2. Skills: Strong communication, team player, proficient in SAP and Excel. 3. Languages: Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
